Tom Heneker is a trained and registered architect working in the residential and commercial industry. He has also worked on site in high-end residential construction as a project manager following his Certificate in Project Management. Tom has a strong understanding of both architectural design and construction – both practical and administrative – providing a rare understanding and overview of both sides of project execution. His ability to work within a design and construction budget, meeting project briefs and quality is a unique ability.
Over the last 7 years as the business works with using technology to build benefit across the construction lifecycle, Tom has taken up the challenge to see where the traditional small business and construction challenges can be reinvented to work smarter, more cost effectively and integrate systems to allow for better project and business outcomes.
