Our Concept Cost Analysis provides an early indication of projects costs provided across the 28-32 Cost Centres required for the project. This is a great tool to work through supporting the design process and opening a “foot in the door” with the property owner. This is created through minimal quantity takeoffs to achieve the best economic solution to your project. Recommended for use on early concept sketch design. We produce through our extensive knowledge in constructability and costs to project trade areas. Provided as a trade summary response.

Pre-Engineering Estimating
To provide best affordability to our clients we review all documentation at the fee proposal point. This allows us to guide you in what the best approach is for available project information and the ability to estimate and select the best “bang for buck”.
If we know there is no consultant-based engineering don’t worry we still have you covered. Through our time of working across thousands of projects we have ability to apply the construction techniques for an assumed engineering scope, we can then provide the required inclusions, exclusions and scope clarity to best assist in moving forward.
Project Tendering
Our detailed estimate is the common service that we provide working across tender projects. Highly accurate and includes all areas of analysis and takeoff requirements. Including construction logistics, quantitative & qualitative information, and specification of product ranges. This provides a builder focused construction breakup with generally around 30 cost centres 12-15 page client report and quantities 60-90 pages. If you need clarity across cost centres, as well as ability to make effective value engineering results this estimate type is the best selection. Through our knowledge areas we have ability to work without consultant document or if provided we account for all required specification.
Our service enables full complete estimating across all trade areas. Or if you have more time our service can be more focused on particular trade areas.
There is no details of the construction or trade areas that we can’t handle. As we say we are here to be your estimating department as you need us no matter how big or small.

Value-Engineering
The ability to value engineer, while remaining sensitive to the architect or designer’s intent can be a sensitive topic. Working through this process means not only being able to provide creative solutions but also be able to ensure that the architect or designer involved feels that you as the builder are in support of the design intent. For this reason, we can use our ability to value engineer from all areas. Starting from the structural design through to materials finishes options down to floor plan layout strategies available. To then allow for the best considered options to be presented in an accurate and transparent method. You as the builder have not only increased your chance of being awarded the project, but also have started the relationship foundation with the architect, design and homeowner. This is valuable technique in converting overpriced projects into awarded contracts that still makes great profit.
